Think about your morning: you check your notifications, maybe you scroll through social media, your phone might lag, and you're worried about your battery life. These are the words you need!

Technology vocabulary falls into three groups:

Actions & Problems: What happens when you use devices. "My Wi-Fi keeps dropping" or "I need to update my app."

Features & Devices: What your tech can do. "This phone has amazing specs" or "The cloud saves my files automatically."

Internet Behavior: How we act online. "Don't spam the chat" or "She unfollowed me after that comment."

Common Mistakes

❌ "I downloaded the app FROM my phone" → ✅ "I downloaded the app TO my phone"

❌ "The internet is not working. It's broken." → ✅ "The internet is down" or "I lost my connection"

❌ "I scrolled the page" → ✅ "I scrolled DOWN the page" (direction matters!)

❌ "My computer has a virus. I need to upgrade it." → ✅ "I need to remove the virus" (upgrading means making it better, not fixing problems)

• Phrasal verbs rule tech talk: log in, shut down, back up, turn on. Learn these first!
• Listen to yourself: Notice the words you use when you complain about your phone. Those are YOUR priority words.
• "Connection" vs. "Internet": Connection = the ability to access (WiFi connection). Internet = the service itself.
